How long does a phone repair take?
Most phone repairs are done the same day, often in under an hour. Tablets can take longer because the screen adhesive needs time to cure.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome all day. If you want to be sure your part is on the shelf, call first.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. We look at it, tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and you decide. No fix, no fee.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, on parts and labor. Ask at the counter for the term on your specific repair.
Do you repair water-damaged phones?
Yes. We open it, clean the board and connectors, and do everything we can to bring it back and keep your data.
What devices do you buy?
Phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and game consoles. New, used or broken. We pay cash on the spot after checking the device at the counter.
What do you sell?
Tested, restored pre-owned phones, tablets and laptops with a warranty. Stock changes daily.
Can you unlock my phone or get into my account?
No. We repair hardware. Carrier unlocks go through the carrier and account recovery goes through Apple or Google.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 12 to 4 PM.
