Repairs

Diagnostics are free. We quote a price before work begins and do not proceed without your yes. If we cannot fix it, you owe nothing for the attempt. Repairs carry a warranty on the parts we install and our labor; it does not cover new damage, liquid exposure after the repair, or unrelated faults. Back up your device before any repair; we are not responsible for data. Devices not collected within 60 days of notice may be treated as abandoned.

Buying your device

Offers are final once we inspect the device at the counter. You confirm you own the device and have the right to sell it; we may ask for ID and record the serial or IMEI. Devices reported lost or stolen are not purchased.

Devices we sell

Pre-owned devices are tested and restored before sale and sold with a 90-day warranty against hardware faults and a 30-day return window. Carrier compatibility is disclosed at sale. See Returns, Warranty, Shipping & pickup and Payment.

Text messages

Program description. Ypsi Repair (Top Rated Cellular Inc) sends SMS text messages to customers who give us their mobile number at the counter, on our repair slip or on a form on this site, or who text us first. Messages cover repair status updates, pickup notices, quotes, invoices, payment links and replies to your messages. Customers who separately tick the offers box also receive occasional offers, up to 4 a month; that box is never required for a repair or a purchase. Consent to receive texts is given directly to us and is never a condition of buying anything.

Cancelling. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send STOP we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, give us your number as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies: a few messages per ticket, and up to 4 offers per month if you opted in. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to or bought by third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. The full program terms are at /sms-terms.
