What you can return

Any phone or tablet bought from us, online or at the counter, within 30 days. You do not need a reason.

Condition it must come back in

The same condition it left us in: no new cracks, dents, liquid exposure or missing parts, with anything that came in the box. Before you send it, sign out of your Apple, Samsung or Google account, turn off Find My or any device lock, and erase it. We cannot refund a device that is still locked to an account, because nobody can use it.

How to return it

Bring it to the counter during store hours and we refund it on the spot once we have checked it. To return by mail, call or message us first so we know it is coming, pack it well, and send it with tracking to 209 S Ford Blvd, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. A mailed return counts once the carrier's tracking shows it delivered to our address, so keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Who pays to send it back

If the device has a fault, or is not what we described, we pay the return shipping and refund your original shipping too. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Returning it at the counter is always free.

When the refund arrives

We check the device within 2 business days of getting it and refund the same day it passes. Your bank usually shows the money 3 to 7 business days after that.

Exchanges

Want a different color, size or model instead? Tell us and we swap it, and refund or charge the difference.

After 30 days

Returns close, but the 90-day warranty still covers hardware faults.
