What is covered

Every used device we sell is covered for 90 days from pickup or delivery against hardware faults: a screen, battery, camera, speaker, microphone, button, charging port or radio that stops working in normal use. Every device passes a 30-point quality check before it is sold, and the warranty is our promise behind that check.

What we do about it

We correct the fault, replace the device with the same model in the same or better condition, or refund it. Which one is our call, and it costs you nothing. If it has to be mailed in for a covered fault, we pay the shipping both ways.

Batteries

Unless a listing says Low Battery, the battery health is guaranteed to be 80% or higher when you get it, and a battery that fails in normal use is covered. A device sold as Low Battery is under 80% and priced lower for it; its battery capacity is what you agreed to buy and is not a fault, while everything else on it is covered as usual.

What is not covered

Damage after the sale: drops, cracks, bends, liquid. Normal cosmetic wear; the condition grade you bought describes the looks. A device that has been opened by anyone else. Loss or theft. Problems caused by an account lock, a carrier plan, or apps.

Condition grades

Grade A is like new. Grade A- is excellent, with at most faint scuffs. Grade B is good, with light wear you can see and no cracks or dents. Grades describe looks only; every grade passes the same check and carries the same warranty.
