When you send a ticket or message on this site we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, and the device and problem you describe. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the job. It is stored in our own customer system and in the shop’s email. We do not sell or rent it.

If you arrived from a Google ad, Google may set cookies to measure that the ad led to a call or a form; see Google’s advertising policies for how they handle that. We use no other tracking.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number for a repair, an order or a quote, at the counter, on our slip or on a form on this site, we collect that number, your name, and the device and issue you describe, and we use them to text you about your device: ticket or order status, pickup notices, quotes, invoices, payment links and replies to your questions. If you also tick the separate offers box, we may text or email you an occasional offer, up to 4 a month. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Read the full SMS terms and conditions. We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to anyone. Your number and messages stay in our own customer system and with Twilio, the carrier-connected provider that delivers our texts on our behalf.
