SMS terms,

SMS terms and conditions

1. Ypsi Repair (Top Rated Cellular Inc, 209 S Ford Blvd, Ypsilanti, MI 48198) offers SMS text messages to customers who give us their mobile number at the counter, on our repair slip, on a form on this site, or by texting us first. Messages cover repair status updates, pickup notices, quotes, invoices, payment links and replies to your messages. Customers who separately tick the offers box also receive occasional offers. Consent is given directly to us and is never a condition of a repair or a purchase.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (734) 249-9000 or ypsirepair@gmail.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies: you will receive a few messages per ticket, and up to 4 messages per month with offers if you opted in. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://ypsirepair.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
